Overview

Promote and sale of a wide range of local and global cash management products and services derived from RFP sales to BBVA CIB inbound and cross-border customers across all countries.

Centralise and standardise all RFP processes across countries jointly with the local RFP responsible in each country.

Boost the cash management business through RFP sales and identify gaps in the product offering and pricing.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Cash Management Sales Global Proposals Responsible in defining the business strategy and commercial plan for the cash management RFP proposals for CIB customers.
  • Assist the Cash Management Sales Global Proposals Responsible in defining processes for end-to-end RFP management across all countries to centralise and standardise them.
  • RFP strategic analysis and planning jointly with the Cash Management Sales Global Proposals
  • Responsible and other key team members and bank units.
  • Know the catalogue of global and local transaction banking products in-depth.
  • End-to-end RFP project management, coordinating timeline and responses with team members in each country, overseeing and ensuring the completion of all tasks, consolidation and final submission.
  • Review and oversee RFP pricing proposals.
  • Lead and coordinate targeted presentations and/or RFP material based on the customers' RFP requests.
  • Participate in the RFP presentation to the client when shortlisted to the RFP presentation phase.
  • Attend meetings with customers related to RFP processes together with the bankers and other product specialists.
  • Follow up the progress of submitted RFPs and coordinate further clarifying questions raised by the customer until the customer's final decision.
  • Guarantee up-to-date content database for RFPs.
  • Critical RFP product and pricing analysis.
  • Monitor RFP implementation status progress and measure income.
  • Keep informed and updated on the country's new product and business developments.
