We have an exciting new opportunity for a Lead Generation Executive to join an established and successful company based in Telford.

The main objective of this role is to discover new business prospects by engaging with potential and existing customers and nurturing relationships with them.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively seeking new business prospects in the market
  • Evaluating leads and pinpointing sales prospects
  • Following up with and reaching out to potential prospects through various channels like cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn
  • Arranging meetings or calls between potential and current clients
  • Introducing our company to potential and current clients
  • Recognizing client needs and recommending suitable products/services
  • Personalizing product solutions to enhance client satisfaction
  • Establishing long-term, reliable relationships with clients
  • Providing progress reports to the Commercial Manager on a regular basis
  • Keeping abreast of new products/services and pricing
  • Performing general Sales administration tasks

To excel in this role, you should possess prior experience in lead development and achieving sales goals. If you are driven by results, motivated, and enjoy collaborative work environments, this position could be a great fit for you. Ultimately, you will increase sales and contribute to the long-term growth of our business.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have at least 1 year of documented work experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Account Executive, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of sales techniques (including cold outreach and social media)
  • A track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
