About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Account Executive to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our partners, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities, manage inbound leads, and represent The Access Group in face-to-face meetings with potential partners.
  • Run targeted campaigns to engage partners throughout the sales process and collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance lead generation through paid search and social media.
  • Plan and execute outbound email marketing using HubSpot, ensuring clear and targeted communication.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, both online and in-person, to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, adjust strategies for better results, and explore new approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner strategies with business goals, while managing budgets and ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through ongoing communication with your sales, product, and marketing colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially with partner or affiliate channels, and a track record of managing and growing a partner pipeline.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing efforts to revenue growth, with excellent relationship-building and management skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing plans across various channels, including inbound digital and outbound tactics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure performance, report on results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, capable of working under pressure to achieve results, with excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
