Lead Generation Account Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory in Telford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively contacting new and potential clients to enhance our knowledge of their business and ensure that the correct department can provide a quotation.

The successful candidate will have the following key objectives and responsibilities:

  • Input details of telephone calls into diary systems, seeking advice when needed.
  • Cold call and pass warm leads to the Sales Team.
  • Ensure company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed.
  • Achieve daily targets and produce accurate daily figures.
  • Have required Management Information readily available.
  • Liaise with other departments to attend to customers' needs.
  • Link products to clients' needs and expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with other departments.

Some previous sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. Insurance knowledge is not required. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, and is office-based in Telford.
