Lead Generation Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Account Handler to join our team at Telford based Towergate Insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively contacting new and potential clients to enhance our knowledge of their business and ensure that the correct department can provide a quotation.

The key objectives and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Inputting details of telephone calls into diary systems and seeking advice when needed.
  • Cold calling and passing warm leads to the Sales Team.
  • Ensuring that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed.
  • Achieving daily targets and producing accurate daily figures.
  • Having required Management Information readily available.
  • Liaising with other departments to attend to customers' needs.
  • Linking to the correct product to match the clients' needs and expectations.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicating with other departments.

Some previous sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. Insurance knowledge is not required.

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, and is office based in Telford.
