Account Handler - Telford

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional administrative support to our clients in Telford, working closely with Towergate Insurance Broker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by conducting pre-renewal fact finds and negotiating renewal premiums.
  • Calculate and deliver renewal premiums, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Secure business renewals and agree payment methods, arranging finance as needed.
  • Cross-sell policies and risk management measures, such as Driver Training and Driver CPC courses.
  • Meet tight deadlines and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for renewal retention, rate changes, and cross-sell penetration.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust.
  • Excellent IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and Acturis System (preferred).
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A strong team ethos and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including Maths and English, and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
