We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotations from the fleet markets for both new and existing business teams.
  • Be very organised and self-motivated with a good telephone manner and a real grasp for detail.
  • Have a minimum of 12 months within a commercial motor fleet insurance environment, although this is not essential.
  • Bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
  • Be proactive, use your initiative, and show your entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Have a willingness to learn and be curious, with opportunities to gain qualifications that will enhance your career in this growing industry.
  • Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face, with some experience in customer service being important.
  • Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity, essential within a financially regulated organisation.
