Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Broking Account Handler to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain quotations from the fleet markets for new and existing business teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including correspondence, meetings, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a commercial motor fleet insurance environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
