Broking Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Broking Account Handler to join our team in Telford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain quotations from fleet markets for new and existing business teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a commercial motor fleet insurance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
