About us
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our company as Service Co-Ordinator.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, keen to liaise with customers, external, internal or potential
Attitude to life is so important and we want you to bring that great attitude to your role, show the world how fantastic you are
This is a key role and you will be strengthening current customer requirements and bringing new customers onboard so must have a proactive and outgoing approach to your work.
You will be the first point of call with a lot of our hire customers who are looking to hire or buy two way radios.
Over time you will be able to advise our customers on the best radios, to match their needs.
You will arrange deliveries and collections and keep the customer informed of to the progress of their items, chase PO Numbers for purchases, you will record sales and conversations on our system.
The Service Co-Ordinator will manage the maintenance contracts, ensuring all records are on the system and liaise with clients on renewals.
We have core values which are fundamental to the business and its employees, and we continually support and develop our most important assets - our internal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted relationshipbuilder between the company and customers.
- Facilitate communication between company and customers.
- Provide advice to the company about trends in their industry and target market.
- Help customers understand the benefits of new products and services.
- Sell companyspecific services to customers by demonstrating how those services will improve their business.
