Our client, a well-established organization, is searching for a motivated Sales Administrator to join their dynamic sales team.

It's essential to have your own transportation for this role due to the location of the company.


Duties:
  • Responding to telephone and email inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Placing orders with suppliers and fostering strong relationships.
  • Preparing quotes and order confirmations.
  • Organizing paperwork.
  • Managing orders from initiation to completion, coordinating with different departments.
  • Addressing queries promptly.

About you:
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone etiquette.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bonus: Experience in the construction sector.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word & Excel.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
