The Operations / Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the site's daily operations, ensuring efficient resource management, staff supervision, and top-notch customer service.
This dynamic position involves strategizing, implementing, and maintaining processes to boost productivity, streamline operations, and manage tenant relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the wholesale market
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer feedback
- Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste
- Liaise closely with tenants and contractors
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Prepare and oversee operational budgets
- Monitor financial performance and cost-saving strategies
