KCR are excited to be recruiting a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for an expanding client in Jarrow. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for flexibility around hours and/or days of work.

Main duties will include:

  • Coding & processing purchase ledger invoices for multiple companies within the group
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve queries
  • Checking supplier statements
  • Assisting with the preparation of weekly & monthly payment runs
  • Scanning invoices and related paperwork

Essential Skills Required:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience using Sage 50
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong numerical skills
