Luton Bennett is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Swadlincote, covering the North East and Yorkshire regions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating with clients, and ensuring the most favorable terms are secured.

• Visiting clients' sites across the Northeast and Yorkshire, approximately 20% of the time.
• Proposing amendments to contracts and negotiating with clients to secure the best possible terms.
• Attending pre-contract and pre-start meetings to ensure favorable contract terms are secured.
• Carrying out full Contract Value Review (CVR) of all contracts monthly.
• Informing clients of any variations and agreeing extra costs and final accounts in a timely manner.
• Reporting and preparing sub-contractor payments and forecasts.
• Managing and overseeing the purchase ledger subcontract accounts.
• Generating timely applications, invoices, and final accounts to meet client deadlines, ensuring cash flow is always paramount.
