About us:


DWF are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer to join the Workplace Department in Manchester or Leeds on a 12 month FTC.


The role can be based from either our Manchester or Leeds office, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement with 2 or 3 days working from the office and 2 or 3 days from home.

About the role:


The Project Support Officer role will report to the Project Manager and work closely with other project staff and external partners.


As Project Support, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, risks and issues.
  • Support the project manager in financial management, procurement and compliance elements on the projects.
  • Coordinate and organise project meetings, workshops, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute project documents, reports, minutes, and correspondence
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, consultants and contractors

About you:

  • Experience in project administration, coordination, or management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working with legal projects or Workplace projects a benefit.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and reporting formats, such as GDPR, ISO standards.
