The hospital has an established reputation for providing the highest standards of care together with an extensive range of clinical services.

The hospital currently has residential facilities for 38 inpatients. The Hospital provides Adult inpatient care across 2 Acute wards and 1 Eating Disorder ward.


The main duties of this role is to provide administrative support on all aspects of Finance, Compliance and Complaints at site.

You will be required to provide efficient, professional and effective administrative and secretarial support to the Hospital Director.

You will also deal with matters related to invoice processing and other finance tasks, as well as:

  • Reviewing and approving invoicing
  • Managing Petty Cash
  • Managing the financial accounting
  • Ensure robust recording, monitoring and tracking of CQC notifications, 24/72hr reports and TIR/SI reviews


You will also work alongside the Senior Quality and Compliance Administrator and will be expected to provide cover and support as and when needed.


  • Experience in Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Comfortable working within tight deadlines
**Experience in a similar role within Healthcare is desirable
