Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our team as an Accounts Assistant / Payroll Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance and payroll, with study support and clear progression routes available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the weekly payroll using financial software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-check hours worked against time off forms, sickness forms, and overtime sheets.
  • Handle inquiries from external parties and liaise with the management team on payroll-related matters.
  • Assist in the administration of weekly production reporting, analyzing anomalies to aid in performance management.
  • Perform general administrative duties and collaborate with the team to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the purpose and completion process of various financial reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in payroll administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using financial software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Working Hours
  • Day shifts: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday, 7:30am-12:30pm.
