Job description:
Administrator to Engineering Leadership and wider Engineering Team.
Main accountabilities:
- General administration support to the engineering leadership team
- Create Purchase Orders in GEOS ensuring coding is correct
- Check invoices and receipt the Purchase order for the invoice amount
- Book travel/accommodation and arrange visas as and when required
- PoP Page update the relevant PoP pages as required
- Assist colleagues (Personal Assistant and Administrator) as and when required
- Process travel expenses and timesheets for the team
- Manage diaries and arrange meetings
- Prepare minutes for meetings and actions when required
- Support with various engineering reporting
- Support leadership as requested
