As a Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the branch sales and valuation teams, assisting with clerical tasks, specific projects, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process quotations for sale and purchase.
  • Manage sale / purchase matters, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Create posting slips, sales particulars, floor plans, and image edits to showcase properties effectively.
  • Instruct home reports, photography, and manage property listings to maximize exposure.
  • Submit properties to portals, press advertisements, and handle price reductions to ensure optimal market presence.
  • Support with inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 Highers, including English, to demonstrate strong academic foundation.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel to ensure seamless administrative tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
