  • Manage and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, ensuring timely and appropriate direction

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience working in a Reception environment
  • Ability to plan workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and team-focused skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Higher Grade or HNC qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 Administration with Customer Service units
