Senior IT Services Sales Manager

with extensive experience in IT services sales, account management, client relationship management, strategy, and business development.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of delivering outcomes that align with clients' priorities and driving business growth and profitability.


What you'll help us do:

nIntroduce Customertimes to your business networknGenerate new business for Customertimes by selling IT services to the companies you have close relationships withnBuild and lead a mid-/long-term strategy for the marketnDevelop long-term C-level relationships to drive revenuenTranslating business vision into a short and long-term strategy, backed by tactical actions to deliver business outcomesnLand and expand within net new accounts.

Managing these accounts by ensuring existing high NPS and customer satisfactionnMeet and exceed annual sales quotanEffectively communicate the Customertimes value proposition through proposals and presentationsnShare information with Customertimes leadership regarding business challenges faced by our customers and industry trends which may impact our businessnContribute to the sales pipeline with detailed information regarding the number of potential and qualified prospects/opportunities, along with their status and next steps

It's all about you:
n8+ years of experience building relationships with multi-billion companies and selling IT servicesnMillion-Euro mentality. No small deals unless they land with the potential to grownAbility to bring net new revenue to Customertimes within the first 6-9 months of your employmentnExperience in IT Services sales within CPG and HLS industry companiesnOutstanding negotiation and consultative sales skillsnExcellent leadership and management skillsnStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsnEffective communication skillsnUnparalleled customer service skills

Also, the most successful candidates would have:nexperience selling Custom Software Development, System Integration, and/or Digital Engineering Services (i.e., outstaffing)nexperience selling Salesforce-related services
