You will effectively operate, maintain and improve the HR functions and systems across the organisation in addition to providing an efficient payrollservice.


Essential skills/background:

  • Experience of establishing and maintaining a range of management information and payroll systems, including ensuring accuracy of complex databases and spreadsheets
  • Experience of giving advice and guidance on policies / procedures to Senior Officers
  • Experience of managing budgets, invoice and ordering procedures
  • Experience of policy / procedure development and implementation
  • Knowledge of Data Protection requirements and understanding of confidentiality
  • Previous Supervisory responsibility including the monitoring of performance and development
Working hours are 8.30am

  • 4.30pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am4pm Friday.
