About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Advisor to join our team at Inspired Pet Nutrition. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies, and delivering coaching and development to line managers on HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management.
  • Change Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication to stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Coaching and Development: Deliver coaching and development to line managers on HR policies and processes, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale across the site.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative processes, including colleague data management, documentation, and HRIS updates and improvements.
Requirements
  • CIPD membership and qualification or time served in HR
  • Proficient with Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proven skills and previous experience using HR systems
  • Proven administrative ability to include prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
  • Ability to make fair and accurate decisions in line with policies and procedures
  • Previous experience working in a HR Shared Services or Business Partnering function
