**Summary**
**The role would include**:
- Work with the hiring managers in creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
- Working with managers and team leaders in dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Developing and implementing policies on all areas relating to HR and providing front line guidance and support to team members and managers.
- Working alongside the Director of HR to develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Working with hiring managers in conducting all due diligence on new employees and contractors.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with department managers.
- Maintenance of employee and contractor records.
**Qualifications**
- Recognised Human Resources qualification - Level 3 is desired
- University degree in Business or a related field is desired
- Leadership and Management Qualification - level 3 is desired
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thirsk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
