Summary:

Planet Pharma have collaborated with a pioneering pharmaceutical client who strive to be a cutting-edge, value-driven life science innovator Our clients are at the forefront of healthcare change to turn innovative science into the best outcomes for patients, operating in approximately 70 countries with more than 14,000 employees.

Our clients are now seeking an experienced Medical Affairs Learning & Development professional to join their team and to be responsible to identify and address learning needs for Medical Affairs globally for processes and operating models, and to collaborate and partner with MA Functions to lead training initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Drive Medical Affairs Training Strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to:

  • Proactively enhance training curricula
  • Improve standards for training solution development
  • Identify and address training gaps
  • Ensure global colleagues are trained on Astellas processes

Ensure global Medical Affairs colleagues' professional growth by:

  • Prioritizing curriculum design, content development, and execution
  • Aligning with MA Senior Leaders, Line Managers, and Functional Leaders
  • Maintain training development and compliance standards
  • Drive training innovation using best-in-class methodology and technology
  • Establish current and progressive learning standards
  • Participate in creating global training budget
  • Partner with various stakeholders to support strategy and drive change management for process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience leading training initiatives within the health care industry/Pharmaceutical
  • 4+years presentation, training and teaching skills experience
  • 4+ years experience in strategic planning, execution and adult training and education
  • Knowledge, understanding and proven utilization of training build (design, development) and delivered utilizing adult learning principles within a LMS environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
