Shipping Administrator

Reed are on the hunt for an experienced administrator for a global client based in Addlestone. My client specialises in implantable hearing solutions, helping thousands of people to restore their hearing and reconnect with their loved ones. The role of theShipping Administrator is a key part of this small team and will be responsible for delivering world class customer service, as well as taking care of shipments and warehouse deliveries.

- You have experience working as an administrator or customer service advisor (essential)
- You have experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint (desirable)
- You have shipping/distribution experience (desirable)
- You have experience using SAP, Oracle or Salesforce (ideal)
- You're a team player
- You have willingness to learn

**What will you be doing?**
- Overseeing order dispatches, monitoring shipments and deliveries
- Providing exceptional customer service for all shipping queries
- Monitoring, acknowledging and resolving all helpdesk enquiries
- Managing daily reports and updating customers in the first instance
- Providing daily reports to the customer service team
- Escalating any shipping issues in a timely manner to minimise customer impact
- Managing undelivered orders
- Assist in managing the Salesforce queue
