Job Description:


The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the delivery of a suite of blended learning programmes globally for the Brambles Digital and Customer Experience functions and wider Brambles organisation to enable the development of foundational to advanced digital, data and customer experience capabilities.


  • Design online learning materials across a range of channels (videos, infographics, online learning packages)
  • Design and manage delivery of blended learning programmes to support the development of our enterprise wide digital, data and customer experience capabilities
  • Support content curation
  • Facilitate and manage the delivery of workshops, webinars. Lunch and learns etc
  • Support campaigns to drive adoption and uptake of blended learning programmes
  • Management of programme administration and set up on the LMS
  • Establish and maintain strong links to internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with wider HR, regional and functional leads to promote awareness and drive adoption of relevant digital learning programmes
  • Manage communications and stakeholder management plans to ensure a positive reception in the business.
  • Define and execute evaluation approaches to measure the success of the learning programmes
