An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Midwife to join NHS Resolution as the clinical lead for the Maternity Incentive Scheme.
This role is offered on a permanent basis. The role will also involve travel across England (depending on COVID-19 guidance).
The Maternity Incentive Scheme (MIS), was introduced in 2017 and operated through the Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts (CNST) (the main indemnity scheme for the NHS), is designed to incentivise the delivery of safer maternity care.
The Maternity Incentive Scheme is delivering demonstrable progress by driving compliance with ten essential safety actions which support the safety workstream of the national Maternity Transformation Programme.
As Maternity Incentive Scheme Clinical Lead and EN associate you will manage Year 4 of the Maternity Incentive Scheme (MIS), and future years of the scheme, as well as providing support to the wider work of the Early Notification scheme.
