We continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated
Customer Support Administrator to join the Star Clippers team based in our new Ipswich Head Offices.

This role is offered on a part-time basis and would consider 3 or 4 days each week, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as your core days.

Star Clippers offer a cruise experience that is like no other.

They offer an adventure on the waves which includes the atmosphere and character of traditional sailing but still with the comfort and luxury found on most modern cruises.

Their small ship cruises will provide the opportunity to meet new people, see new places and, most of all, create the holiday experience of a lifetime.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for day to day administration and operational support for the Star Clippers department

Your duties include:

  • Ticketing Star Clippers Holidays
  • Processing payments from clients/agents
  • Sending brochures to clients/agents
  • Imputing customer data or travel purposes
  • To give quality and excellent customer service to Star Clippers customers
  • To process bookings from start to finish
