What will you be doing?

  • Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests
  • Arrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly to maximise the sales opportunity
  • Progressing outstanding orders within service level agreements
  • Keep customers informed about product changes, delays, and price increases
  • Arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing, and completing all relevant paperwork
  • To provide support to gain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Act as point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implemented
  • Provide sales team with the necessary office and account administration services to support their sales efforts
  • Prepare & analyse reports as requested
  • Monitor damage to vehicles from the delivery agents & where necessary make the appropriate claims
  • Provide administration cover within the department as and when required
  • Prepare general correspondence as requested.
  • Ensure that within their area of operation all Company procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
  • Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Motus Truck & Van/Mercedes-Benz experience is always delivered to all contacts.
  • Specialist projects as agreed with the Manager to support the business requirements of the organisation.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Manager.

Hours & Salary:

Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm

Salary of £27,500 per annum plus company bonus
