Contract Support Administrator

There's a permanent opportunity for you here as a Contract Support Administrator working with our friendly team from our Ipswich Office.
The Role
- Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
- Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
- Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams
- Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
- Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
- Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills/ experience
- Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
- Basic commercial awareness working within SLA's and KPI's
- Microsoft Office IT Skills
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm, 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
- Strong administration duties
