Location - Daventry

£ £15.03 per hour depending on experience

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm (some flexibility)

Hybrid role working 3 days on site

3-Month contract initially

If so, our client, who is a leading international technological manufacturing giant based in Daventry is looking to add an Accounts Payable Transaction Processor to their highly successful team.

The role is a full-time 3-month contract initially with a hybrid working set up.

The Accounts Payable Transaction Processor will be responsible for

  • Process assigned work queues within DART
  • Manage internal corrections, credit notes, VATonly invoices
  • Complete manual matching where applicable for direct/indirect purchases direct into financial systems
  • Escalate all matching queries to plant personnel for resolution
  • Investigate and clear all aged invoice queries on the AP Query Database
  • Deal with internal/external customer (site finance, buyers & thirdparty stakeholders etc) queries relating to supplier invoices/payments
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations
  • Maintain excellent customer service with all internal/external customers
  • Ensure documentation is followed, and all work instructions are maintained, in accordance with current processes and controls
  • Ensure SLAs and targets are met
  • Support projects, testing and improvements
  • General accounts payable experience is preferable
  • The ability to communicate directly and clearly is highly desirable
  • Administration experience is also preferable
  • An eye for detail is essential for the job
  • Must be flexible in approach and a team player
  • Must be good at working to deadlines
