What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR UK Manufacturing team as an Employee Relations and Absence Specialist.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of the team where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Employee Relations activities and Absence Management throughout UK Manufacturing business groups, in an extended role within a Shared Service environment.


This will involve tracking and managing all cases across the business; providing high level advice and guidance to ensure all ER cases are managed efficiently and consistently.

The role will require partnering with other HR colleagues Manager; Line Managers; Legal Advisors to deliver a legally compliant and consistent best practice approach.

  • Ideally you will have CIPD Level 5, we will consider Level 3 working towards Level
  • Proven Business Acumen with the ability to achieve and look at what the business needs as opposed to just stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence to convey difficult or challenging information to wide variety of audience both shop floor and professional service
