Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.

This is a dynamic position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Prepare and distribute updates, letters, and other documents
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Carry out property viewings and negotiate as required.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Reapit
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
