Description

Job Title:
Admin Assistant

Reporting to:
Childcare

Hours:
Monday. Wednesday and Friday.


Working closely with the Childcare Care Coordinator, this role is to assist with the administration of enquiries, ensuring that they are all followed up in a timely manner.

It will involve scheduling of work, sourcing and rostering of staff

Location:
Holbury Offices

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working in the Childcare.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and challenging environment that can require daily refocusing on new priorities.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office.
  • Organized and the ability to independently prioritise tasks.
  • The ability to work alone when required and to be selfmotivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable Style

  • Whilst not essential, a qualification in Childcare, administration and education would be highly beneficial.
  • The use and understanding Microsoft Teams as a main working tool.
  • Experience of working with Quick Books desirable and or Teams.
  • To have a flexible attitude towards work.
  • Have an open attitude towards learning and be aware of areas of development and training requirements.
