_BASIC SALARY - £19,333.30 PER YEAR for 35.5 hours per week INCLUDES RECRUITMENT & RETENTION ALLOWANCE (RRA).
£55 ADDITIONAL PAY FOR EACH SLEEP IN SHIFT - TWO MINIMUM PER MONTH = ADDITIONAL £1320 PER YEAR OPPORTUNITY FOR OVERTIME IF YOU WISH.
THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING A FOUR WEEK ROLLING ROTA WHICH COVERS DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, SLEEP INS, WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS. NO PERSONAL CARE INVOLVED.
As a Mental Health Recovery worker for NIHCSS your caseload will involve supporting our community clients in South Norfolk and our residential clients in Norwich NR2.

NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We support people over the age of 18 who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs.
Due to promotion, we are looking for a Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team in Norwich, covering community clients in South Norfolk.
You will support people who are going through a difficult time, drawing on your unique knowledge and experience to connect with others, by helping them discover their strengths and developing skills that will lead to wellness.
This is only possible with the help of people like you- NIHCSS recognise and value lived experience of mental health challenges as an asset within our staffing teams. It brings coproduction of services to the heart of all we do. We believe it is crucial to involve people with lived experience of mental health problems, and/or accessing mental health services, to ensure that the needs of service users are represented and reflected in our support. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will have your own caseload and support individuals to engage in the service, to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning.
As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.
