**Key Responsibilities**
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and facilitate daily activities that promote social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
