The Role: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Dereham. This role offers the flexibility to choose your own shifts, working up to 37.5 hours per week across a variety of services including residential, supported living, and day services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with complex disabilities, assisting them with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and medication management.
  • Encourage independence and social inclusion by supporting individuals in accessing community activities, pursuing their interests, and maintaining meaningful relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of the people we support.
