About the Position:

We are in search of enthusiastic and innovative thinkers to join our growing team at Not Actual Size. As we have exciting plans for the future, we are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Art Director to help elevate our endeavors to new heights.

About the Creative Team:

Our creative team produces impactful and meaningful work. Fueled by storytelling, craftsmanship, and creativity, our team consists of Brand Creatives, who shape and protect brands, and Comms Creatives, who ensure brands stay relevant through inventive campaigns and engaging content. Together, they bring diverse expertise in conceptualization, art direction, design, copywriting, and production.

Your role will be part of the Brand Creative team.

About You:

Our ideal Art Director for the Brand team is someone who can visualise and embody a brand's essence while utilizing their cultural awareness to push boundaries creatively. Your role involves maintaining and enhancing a brand's visual identity across various creative outputs. You strategically refine a brand's message through captivating concepts, cultivating respect for our clients and agency.

  • Art Direct various projects, from social videos to photoshoots.
  • Collaborate on high-quality ideas aligned with creative strategies.
  • Create visual elements like brand identities and storyboards.
  • Uphold a brand's visual identity and guidelines.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand objectives.
  • Utilize advanced design tools like Adobe Suite and Figma.

In addition, you should demonstrate critical thinking and be a strong communicator and mentor who empowers junior creatives.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 7 years in creative roles, with at least 2 years as an Art Director.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional visual work.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with multifaceted talents.
