We are a friendly busy GP Practice, based within purpose built premises on the outskirts of Inverness.

Our Practice operates under a General Medical Services contract with NHS Highland and our team comprises GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, an experienced Business Manager and an excellent administration team.


THE ROLE


We want someone who can deliver great service to both our patients and our existing team by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful assistance.

This is a challenging yet rewarding post and you will be part of a brilliant team whilst working in a fast paced environment.


THE QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to work shifts on weekdays any time between 0745 and 1800hrs (no weekends)
  • Can adapt to new systems and procedures
  • Can change workload to match changing priorities
  • Understand patient enquiries and provide clear, concise responses
  • Able to communicate with patients and staff at all levels

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Being able to multitask

BACKGROUND MUST HAVES

  • Secondary school or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail
