The core purpose of the role is concerned with timely and accurate data monitoring and support which is essential to the effective and efficient delivery of services for children and families.

Support the evidencing of performance and impact and maximising the use of data to improve outcomes for families who access Family Hub services.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Experienced in using a range of databases, particularly those used within education or social care environments
  • Confidence in using a variety of statistical techniques and software to provide the most effective data
  • Experience of contributing to the development of a highly motivated, high achieving and stable work force with a positive, "cando", customercentred culture
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing
  • Ability to use a number of different databases and to interpret data generated from these and other spreadsheets
  • A good level of numeracy
  • Ability to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are adhered to
