Role of the Partner Manager IoT

You will have a key role in nurturing and improving relationships with strategic clients, collaborating closely with partners to address inquiries and find suitable solutions. Partners consist of global mobile network operators, hardware vendors, SAAS Solution providers, and other IoT Vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish long-term, trusted relationships with key clients to drive growth and accomplish company objectives.
  • Understand thoroughly the needs and requirements of key customers.
  • Participate in commercial and operational stakeholder meetings/reviews and ensure complete governance.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze key account metrics such as service levels, contract performance, profitability, etc.
  • Conduct contract and service reviews with key clients to ensure alignment with expectations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Boost client retention, renewals, upsells/cross-sells, and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively recognize and pursue additional business opportunities within client accounts.
  • Handle contract change requests and provide top-notch responses/pricing/proposals.
  • Attend relevant industry exhibitions, forums, seminars, trade shows, awards, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up process of onboarding new clients.
  • Plan and devise marketing campaigns to engage effectively with the target audience.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated commercial experience as a Partner / Relationship Manager in IoT and/or Connectivity.
  • Confident communicator adept at enhancing partner interactions.
  • Capable of managing a network of external partners with varied priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • An excellent team player who can contribute to diverse projects.
  • Technical proficiency in IoT / Connectivity with the capability to understand how your partners' technology can mesh with your own.
  • Valid UK driving license.
