Job purpose and key accountabilities

  • To print and display planning site notices around the borough
  • To photograph and maintain the site notice folders
  • To deal with site notice queries
  • To be competent in the use of IT systems and good computer literacy in MS Office Pro (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • To save and maintain the site notice folders
  • To support the daily site notice officer
  • To ensure compliance with all management processes and procedures including Health & Safety and Diversity and Equality policy.

Essential Skills

  • To understand and read maps
  • Ability to work flexible hours and to manage the workload in order to meet the statutory deadlines
  • To be able to drive
