We are looking for an experienced administrator on behalf of a well-known automotive logistics client based in Barton under Needwood, just on the outskirts of Burton on Trent and Lichfield.

This role is based on the warehouse shop floor supporting the warehouse management with general administrative work.


We are ideally looking for somebody who has a genuine interest in the logistics operation, who this role can develop into a long term career path for, with the view to be made permanent after 12 weeks.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry onto spreadsheets
  • Preparing Order picking/ Inventory sheets
  • Preparing Loading Paperwork
  • Any other paperwork to support transport department
  • Experience using all Microsoft packages
  • Excel/Outlook/Word.
  • Administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics preferable but not essential
  • As you will be working directly with the internal team on the shop floor, you must have excellent communication skills.
