We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and processing orders
- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in the receiving and processing of goods, including verifying quantities and inspecting products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse and surrounding areas
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry and reporting
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
