Compensation: £23,660 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate stock from process documentation, managing varying levels of work-in-progress and finished products.
- Compile daily dispatch lists for goods sent to clients.
- Monitor and document raw material purchasing costs.
- Initiate purchase order requests from team members.
- Update and maintain supplier pricing in the catalogue.
- Record goods receipts in the inventory system.
- Oversee monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the system.
- Input and update bill of materials within the system.
- Establish new products in the inventory system.
- Ensure accurate product barcoding and create new barcodes as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with non-financial personnel to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Highly organized and methodical.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Hands-on approach, willing to engage with warehouse and production teams.
- Act as a liaison between production and accounting departments.
