As a Technical Coordinator, you will be required to

  • Efficiently respond to customer's technical callbacks
  • Triangle inbound technical queries
diagnose and rectify customer technical issues within a timely manner.

  • Manage the remedial process following unsuccessful remote remedies.
  • Update g of CRM and other external portals
  • Demonstrate high levels of knowledge around compliance.

Candidate:

  • Previous experience in solar PV installation
  • Previous experience working within the construction industry or similar technical/engineering environment.
  • Qualification - NVQ-3 in electrical installation
  • Previous experience in fault finding on electrical systems.
  • Previous experience dealing with customers either face-face or phone calls.
Desirable Qualifications

  • BPEC Solar PV qualification
* 2391 Inspection and testing
* 18th edition

  • JIB Gold Card
