Project Manager Job Description

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key revenue driving projects within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Produce and oversee all project documentation and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Work with the Operations Director to proactively identify process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
  • Project Monitoring: Track project progress, reporting to management and stakeholders, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in project coordination/management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Experience of using project management software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and a strong understanding of business operations and the customer journey.
