Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator to join our team at Concorde BGW Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide valuable day-to-day support to our busy and organized team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and send out materials and site setups
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor and manage sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Procure project-specific orders and materials
- Build and manage supplier relationships
- Liaise with contracts and commercial teams to ensure project completion documents are coordinated
- Oversee project after-sales within agreed timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service through proactive and motivated communication
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work well unsupervised and as part of a team
- Proficient IT skills, with experience in Eque2 advantageous but training will be provided
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
What We Offer:
A permanent contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with core hours between 08:00-17:00. The salary for this position is up to £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This position benefits from 20 days per year, plus bank holidays, and receives paid leave while the business is closed over the festive period.
