Role: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling inbound customer enquiries, and processing quotations and sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries, process quotations, and sales orders
  • Proactively identify and target new customers through outbound activity
  • Work closely with the external sales team, providing support and assistance
  • Utilise the internal CRM system and Sage accounts system for processing sales and purchases
  • Procure the best pricing for customers and the business
  • Update and communicate any amendments or changes to orders with customers
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Sales Coordination, ideally obtained from within a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technical based industry
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Sage accounts
